LESSON 1: DISCIPLESHIP

LESSON 2: KINGDOM OF GOD
Carl Tinnion unpacks the Kingdom of God in this teaching; exploring how God’s heavenly culture outworks itself on earth and the invitation He extends to His people to join with him in seeing the manifestation of His Kingdom on earth. This is evidenced in Jesus ministry, death and resurrection in overcoming darkness and proclaiming freedom for the oppressed. Be challenged to think about how this is relevant to you, today, right where you are.
LESSON 3: HEARING GOD'S VOICE
Krista Alexandersson shares how we have been created for relationship with God. Communication is critical to relationship and learning to recognise God’s voice. God desires to engage with our whole lives as he invites us to walk with Him. Krista shares stories from her experiences and encourages us to practice hearing God’s voice as well as taking time to set rhythms that encourage time with God. Hearing God’s voice is a gift for every believer.
LESSON 4: THE NATURE AND CHARACTER OF GOD
Emily Freestone shares about the journey into knowing the nature and character of God. This is a journey into a relationship with a personal God who wants to be known by us. Emily explores understanding God as a good father as well as His other attributes. She looks at how His nature and character are revealed in the outworking of His love expressed throughout the biblical narrative. This is our loving God who longs to reveal more of himself to you today.
LESSON 5: HOLY SPIRIT
John Peachey brings insight and understanding into the person of the Holy Spirt, our friend, who brings life and increasing communion with the triune God. God’s desire is to reveal more of Himself to His children, bringing revelation through the indwelling Spirit. John’s teaching helps us to understand the character of the Holy Spirit, the fruit of the Spirit and explores some of the hindrances that become barriers in our lives to receiving the Spirit. This teaching is an encouragement to eagerly desire more of Holy Spirit as we allow Him to make our home in us and become more fully who God has created us to be. .
LESSON 6: SIN AND THE CROSS
Lynn Green looks at God’s plan from before creation for the redemption of mankind, as he teaches on the topic of Sin and the Cross. Created for fellowship with God and one another, he looks at how mankind made in God’s image are given freedom to make choices. Freewill, sin, consequences, grace, repentance, and redemption are just some of the concepts covered in this important foundational teaching.
LESSON 7: RELATIONSHIPS
Jessica and Michael Green share how God has designed us for healthy relationships, with God, within ourselves and with one another. Jesus came to restore the relational breakdown that came into our lives as a result of the Fall so that we can now apply Jesus teaching in our lives by living in love, forgiveness and unity with one another and in doing so see God’s kingdom manifest in the world around us. They touch on romantic relationships, marriage, and technology in this helpful overview of the topic of Relationships
LESSON 8: BIBLE OVERVIEW
Shammah Nakawesi shares an overview of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. Bringing alive the story of the bible by breaking it into time periods to frame an understanding of God’s relationship to the world and his chosen people, the nation of Israel, the fulfilment of the prophecy in the coming of the Messiah and growth of the church by the power of the Holy Spirit. This overview will give you a taste of the biblical story and the hope is that it will leave you with a desire to pursue further understanding yourself, as you desire to understand God in his nature and character, and his plans and his purposes by the revelation of the Holy Spirit in your life.
LESSON 9: MISSIONS
Laura teaches on the theme of Missions. Sharing how God’s heart for all nations is revealed throughout scripture, from Genesis to Revelation. She looks at how God called Abraham and his descendants to be a blessing to all the families of the earth and how this is relevant for us now. Many nations and peoples on the earth today have never had a chance to hear the good news, or to read the scriptures in their own heart language. What does it mean to live missionally, joining in with what God is doing in the world around us, both cross-culturally and at home? Living life with intentionality and great love.
